What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a distinct mental health profession that uses art materials (and creative processes) both strategically and prescriptively to help people achieve their goals.

Clinical Art Therapy

Clinical art therapy addresses specific mental health diagnoses and is typically longer term. Here, Jodi works within a clinical team including a case manager, psychotherapist, and other mental health professionals.

Art-Based Mindfulness

Art-based mindulness is a form of non-clinical art therapy that supports general mental wellness. Services are generally shorter in duration, and future-oriented. Jodi offers numerous resources to help people manage stress, work/life balance, and change.
