Across five live sessions, you'll build a foundational creative practice for accessing and trusting your inner wisdom — explored through a deeper lens each day.

 

Each session weaves together art therapy, yoga philosophy, and neuroscience to help you understand not only what the practice reveals, but why it works.

Begin the Practice

• Day 1 Learn the surfacing technique and a dialoguing method that helps translate the hidden wisdom within your imagery.

• Day 2 Discover how creative materials and processes support bottom-up regulation, helping your system settle while reducing anxiety or stress.

Days 3–4:

Deepen and Understand.

• Day 3 Explore top-down regulation and how creative reflection strengthens clarity, insight, and self-awareness.

• Day 4 Uncover the overlap between yoga philosophy and neuroscience, and see how your creative wisdom can function as both compass and map.

Day 5: 

Carry the Practice Forward.

You’ll leave with a personal framework for navigating your inner life — a creative mindfulness practice you can return to again and again whenever you need clarity, regulation, or insight.
