Creative Compassing: How The Journey Unfolds
Across five live sessions, you'll reconnect with your inner wisdom using one foundational creative practice explored through a deeper lens each day.
Â
Each session weaves together art therapy, yoga philosophy, and neuroscience to help you understand not only what the practice reveals, but why it works.

All sessions recorded if you can't attend live.
Days 1-2:Â Â
Begin the Practice
• Day 1 Learn the surfacing technique and a dialoguing method that helps translate the hidden wisdom within your imagery.
• Day 2 Discover how creative materials and processes support bottom-up regulation, helping your nervous system settle and reducing stress or anxiety.
Days 3–4:
Deepen and Understand.
• Day 3 Explore top-down regulation and how creative reflection strengthens clarity, insight, and self-awareness.
• Day 4 Unocover the overlap between yoga philosophy and neuroscience, and see how your creative wisdom can function as both compass and map.
Day 5:Â
Carry the Practice Forward.
You’ll leave with a personal framework for navigating your inner life — a creative mindfulness practice you can return to again and again whenever you need clarity, grounding, or direction.
BONUS: The 8 Keys to Creative NourishmentÂ
In case the biggest obstacle to your creative practice isn't skill, time, or inspiration.
These eight principles quietly dismantle the inner critic, the perfectionism, and the self-doubt that keep your creativity smaller than it wants to be.
Woven throughout each session, they form the philosophical foundation of Creative Compassing — and the insights you’ll return to long after the course ends.

FROM YOUR GUIDE:
Jodi Rose Gonzales
ATR, NCC, ERYT200, YACEP
For nearly two decades, I've worked at the intersection of art therapy, yoga philosophy, and trauma-informed neuroscience — helping people listen more carefully to their inner lives.
Over time, I began to notice something important:
Many thoughtful people are already reflective. They sense insight, emotion, and intuition moving within them. But without a practice for engaging those signals, that guidance often gets lost in the noise of daily life.
Creative Compassing emerged from that observation — and from my own experience of using art as a compass through one of the most disorienting seasons of my life.
It offers a simple framework for working with imagery, reflection, and creative process so that insight can take shape — and inner guidance becomes easier to recognize and trust.
This course is offered from that place: grounded in professional practice, informed by science, and refined through years of guiding others.
If something in you is ready for greater clarity, I would be honored to explore it with you.
Warmly,  Jodi Rose Gonzales
