MEET  YOUR GUIDE:

Jodi Rose Gonzales

Hi, I’m Jodi Rose Gonzales—artist, art therapist, mindfulness coach, and founder of the iROSE Society & Podcast. For over two decades, I’ve helped people navigate creative blocks, personal transitions, and seasons of self-doubt through the power of image-making and reflection.

But this work isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I live.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or in need of direction, I return to this very practice. It’s become one of the most grounding tools in my own creative life. And I’ve seen again and again how this simple Bridge the Gap prompt helps people reconnect with themselves—and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.

I’d be honored to share it with you.

You're not the only one standing at a threshold—

here’s what others found as they stepped forward.
“I was completely stuck creatively, but this masterclass gave me the breakthrough I needed. Jodi’s approach is simple yet powerful—I left feeling inspired and clear about my next steps.”

-Sarah, graphic designer

“I’ve struggled with creative blocks for years, but this prompt helped me reconnect with my creativity almost instantly. It’s like a reset button for my creative mind.”

Laura, writer

“Jodi understands what it feels like to be creatively blocked—and she knows exactly how to help you through it. This masterclass gave me the tools and confidence to create again.”

-Jennifer, public educator

Two Common Questions—Answered with Care:

“What if I’m not naturally creative or haven’t made art in years?”

This practice is for all levels and genres. Whether you write, quilt, sculpt—or haven’t picked up a pen in ages—you’ll discover how one simple doodle can open surprising insight.

This prompt isn’t about skill. It’s about connection. If you can hold a pen, you can do this.

“How can one simple prompt really help me break through creative blocks?”

Created by an art therapist and grounded in neuroscience, this process is designed to quiet overthinking, bypass the inner critic, and unlock your creative instincts.

It’s structured—but freeing. Reflective—but playful. And many participants return to it again and again.
